A poem from me....

SHE CAME ALONG

When we started...

We were bursting with energy of love

We enjoyed our company

Sparks flew when we kissed or even hugged

We could stay all night long just talking

There was nothing that could stop us when we were together

We felt it was going to last forever

As it grew older...

The energy we had was put into arguing

We fought to the best of our ability

But we never won the battles

We avoided our company

When we kissed our eyes were open

We had cold nights and heated mornings

Everything was stopping us from being together

Forever was being to feel like never

And then she came along.....

We wanted the best for her

We fought for her

And this time we won the battles

She reunited us so that we enjoyed our company once again

We kissed her everyday and she made us rediscover our spark

We had long nights but cheerful mornings when she smiled

She was making us stay together more often now

She made forever seem better

And when it was time to let her go....

We were grateful to her

She was probably too young to understand what she had done

But she had brought us back to how we started

When we were running low

She had rebooted us

And now that she’s gone to find her forever

We hope she’s given her kind of child

So that when forever is looking like never

She’ll make forever better

Like she did for us......
